This role will be an integral part of the Brewing department at Vocation, they will be self-motivated and positive, ready to engage and contribute within a team of experienced brewers and managed by a Brewing Shift Manager who will ensure they have the right skills, behaviours, development and support, to deliver exceptional quality products.

As a shift supervisor of our flagship bar, in Hebden Bridge you will be on the front line, caring for our customers and ensuring they have the best beer experience possible. You’ll be there to assist the General Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the venue with a close eye on making sure our customers and staff team are well cared for.
