Multi Yeast Pale Ale
Our first Pilot Project beer explores what happens when three distinct yeast strains are combined in one brew: English Ale yeast Belgian Trappist yeast Bavarian Pilsner yeast The aim is to create a beer where each yeast brings its own character, resulting in a layered and evolving flavour profile. At its core, this is an experiment in balance. Can three bold yeast profiles work together without one overpowering the others?
