Decadent, Rich & Indulgent; the 3 key features of any dessert. The original brew of this winter delight was added to the freshly emptied Imperial Kirsch cognac barrels after blending and has been patiently waiting to return after 12 months.
Expect a full bodied, thick & sticky liquid dessert, laden with dried fruit & candied peel in both aroma and flavour, before swathes of dark chocolate and tart cherries take over from the additional blend of 17 month aged Imperial Kirsch.

Robust & traditional 8 malt imperial stout, rich in a roasted & bittersweet character and rested on oranges for 10 months in fresh bourbon casks, allowing the base stout to temper and transform. The addition of orange to the barrels allows for an effortless & sophisticated fusion between an underlying base of cacao and sweet espresso, intense fresh & zesty citrus, and the subtle char & vanilla from the oak & bourbon.

A festive release 27 months in the making; a fan-favourite, amplified to new heights and rested in a selection of our more unique barrels. Unmistakeable characteristics of intense dark chocolate and sweet cream make for an undeniably indulgent baseline for the barrels to shine. The Pedro Ximénez casks add a whole new level of complexity to our infamous stout, with notes of figs and sweet liquorice, while the bourbon casks round out the experience with gentle smokiness and intense vanilla.
1 x Blended Imperial Porter | Pinot Noir & Whisky Barrel Aged 10.4% 330ml bottle
A culmination of 5 bespoke malts and an extended boil, and originally brewed in autumn 2021, our traditional porter has spent the last 25 months in the depths of our barrel store in a variety of barrels.
Initial aromas of cherry and smoke lead into deep and dull bodied porter, with notes of toffee, vanilla and plums in abundance. The Pinot Barrels providing a fruit-rich base upon which the single mal barrels can blend effortlessly with the saline character of the whisky.
Reminiscent of some old favourites from the depths of our early ba releases, this intricate, technically complex 8 malt imperial stout has spent 16 months in bourbon barrels.
A rich, decadent & luxurious liquid dessert, permeating aromas of toasted coconut & foam bananas, rolling into layers of caramel and burnt toffee thanks to additions of muscovado sugar and an extended 6 hour boil.
1 x Blackberry & Plum Sour - Pinot Noir Barrel Aged | 9.9% 330ml Bottle
Crafted from a bespoke blend of malted barely, wheat & oats, and fermented on a mixed culture of lactobacillus & house yeasts, gives a smooth and silky mouthfeel.
coupled with a prominent sour profile which compliments the addition of plums & blackberries, before being laid to rest for 24 months in fresh pinot noir cask.
The outcome is a claret-hued fruited sour that exudes an aroma of oaks and autumnal fruits. an initial taste of sweet plums and hand-picked cherries, unfolds into a layer of blackberry jam. its resemblance to red wine shines on the finish, with a prominent, lingering tannic character.
