Terms and Conditions

By entering this competition (the “Competition”), you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any information or instructions published by the Promoter (as defined below) about the Competition form part of these terms and conditions.

The Promoter

The promoter of this Competition is Vocation Brewery Ltd, Craggs Country Business Park, New Road, Cragg Vale, Hebden Bridge, HX7 5TT. This Competition is run in collaboration with Serious Pig Limited.

Eligibility

• This Competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. Excludes Republic of Ireland (ROI).
• Proof of age may be required upon prize claim or delivery.
• Employees or agents of the Promoter, Serious Pig, their families, households, or anyone professionally connected to this Competition are not eligible to enter.
• Internet access and an Instagram account are required.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.

Prize

There is 1 prize bundle to be won, known as the "Ultimate Match Bundle". The prize consists of:

• 8 x Vocation Life & Death (330ml)
• 8 x Vocation Hop, Skip & Juice (330ml)
• 8 x Vocation Crush Hour (330ml)
• 8 x Vocation Extra Time (330ml)
• 1 x YETI Cooler

• A selection of Vocation Brewery merchandise

Prizes in whole or in part are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

Competition Period

• The Competition runs and entries will be permitted from 03/06/2026 until 11/06/2026 (“the Competition Period”). Entries received after this time will not be counted.

Entry

• To enter the Competition, Participants must submit their entry via Instagram by:Following both @vocationbrewery and @seriouspigofficial on Instagram.Tagging the person they will be watching the World Cup with in the comments of the official competition post.Sharing the competition post to their Instagram Story.
• Multiple entries per account are not permitted. Any participant found to use multiple accounts to enter will be disqualified and ineligible.
• Due to the nature of the Competition, there is no postal entry equivalent to this Competition.
• Entries that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed, or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of data.
• The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify entries which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions or any Participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Competition, and the published entry may be removed.
• Entries must be made by the Participant personally and individually. Entries or claims (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates, or third parties will not be accepted. Entries or claims by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) will be disqualified.

Winner Selection

• 1 winner will be picked at random from all valid entries after the closing date.
• The winner will be contacted via Direct Message on Instagram exclusively from the official @vocationbrewery account. (Please stay vigilant against fake accounts).
• The Promoter reserves the right to take up to twenty-eight (28) days from the date of winner confirmation to facilitate the delivery of the Prize.
• It is the responsibility of the winner to provide their correct, up-to-date delivery details and proof of age at the time of acceptance in order for their prize to be processed.
• If the winner does not reply within 14 days of initial contact to provide the necessary details for prize fulfilment, their prize will be forfeited and offered to a reserve winner.

Privacy and Data Protection

The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Competition and for no other purpose, unless the Promoter obtains specific consent. Other than as set out in these terms and conditions or for the purposes of operating the Competition, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Competition or claiming a prize will not be used for any promotional purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party (except to logistics partners/Serious Pig purely for the administration and delivery of the prize).

General

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, YETI, or FIFA/The World Cup.
• The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Competition whether due to force majeure or any other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
• The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the terms and conditions of this Competition.
• By entering the Competition, the Participant agrees to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Competition or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).
• This Competition, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Participants CPU irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Competition.
