BARREL AGED SERIES
An Imperial Stout brewed with speciality malts, then aged in ex red-wine barrels for ten months on a mixed culture of brettanomyces yeasts. Once aged, this beer was blended with fresh stout for an additional layer of complexity.
Imperial Stout 10.1% abv. 440ml can.
