1. The Black Friday Promotions will begin at 08.00 (GMT) on 1st August 2019 (the “Start Date”) and closes at 11.59pm (GMT) on 4th August 2019 (the “End Date”). Discounts will only be valid during this time. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion or be applied retrospectively.
2. To receive the free Schooner glass you must add this to your cart as well as the Sample Box. The cost of the Schooner is then deducted at check out.

OUR DELIVERY POLICY
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER?
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from our website and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched. Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system so don’t worry if it doesn't show you the details of delivery immediately.
All goods require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
If you have placed an order for beer, an adult signature may be required when you receive your order. By clicking 'I confirm I am at least 18 years of age' during the checkout process, you are confirming that you are at least the legal age to purchase alcohol in your country of residence.
We use UK Mail/DHL to ship all items from our website, this applies to all orders within Mainland UK & Northern Ireland. Standard delivery usually takes 3-4 working days, although we endeavor to deliver earlier than this where possible.
For next working day delivery options, your order must be placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday. For example, if you place an order at 9pm on a Saturday it will be delivered to you on Tuesday.
We aim to process orders the same or next working day, however, please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed during very busy times.
If you provide us with your mobile number at the checkout you will receive a text message on the day of delivery.
You must be aged 18 or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are aged 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.
If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient must also be aged 18 or older.
Deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
If the can(s) you have ordered are not available we will contact you to either swap the product for another or for issue a refund.
If you’ve ordered an item that is on Pre-Order please note, the dispatch date is a target and this may be subject to change. If there are any delays to pre-order products being shipped, we will contact you immediately to give an updated estimate.
DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES
Orders must be received by 1pm Monday-Thursday to be processed the same working day, any orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day, this also applies to Bank Holidays. On Bank Holidays any items ordered will be processed the first working day after the Bank Holidays.
Please bear this in mind with our delivery days.

We ship to most destinations in Europe via UK Mail. Just make your selection, fill out your details and the price will be displayed at checkout.
It is the duty of the customer to check alcohol deliveries are permissible in your country, and to pay any local customs charges or taxes if applicable. If you decide to reject the order due to a customs charge being applied, we reserve the right to deduct any shipping costs before processing a refund. Cost of the goods will be refunded when they are received back into our warehouse.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When the order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier.
What happens if one of my beers is missing or broken?
We take a lot of precautionary measures to make sure that none of your cans are damaged in transit to you. Sometimes items can be damaged in transit despite all of these measures. This is something we work hard to try and avoid, we hate to see good beer wasted! If your item does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact the courier if you have a tracking number. Please bear in mind that couriers are very busy at certain times of year so your item may be delayed in transit. In the very unlikely event that you do receive damaged items then please contact us directly so we can track down your package or replace any items with damaged contents. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without first informing us that you wish to apply for a refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not guarenteed a delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
