Heist x Vocation
It's officially that time of year to start wrapping up warm and getting cosy on an evening. Colder weather calls for warming beers with layers of flavour and throw yourself face first into the delicious flavours of the season.
Inspired by this, we got together with our friends from Heist Brew Co. to brew our second collaboration beer.
On a cold, murky morning, Rachel came to the brewery to brew My Eyes Are Pies, an Apple & Cinnamon Pastry Sour. This brew injects a tangy, fruity warmth to those colder days, with deliciously sweet and sour flavours.
Brewed with a healthy dose of oats and lactose, this beer has a deep and rich mouthfeel. Delicious layers of sweet, sugary baked apple overwhelm the tastebuds as aromas of cinnamon and spice fill the air.
At 7.1% this beer has all the flavours of your Gran's best bakes, but with an extra serving of full-on flavour and a boozy edge!
